  • Now you can easily make meringues at home with a perfect texture without worrying about them deflating or your egg whites not peaking.

How to prepare:

  1. Mix the 200 grams of meringue mix with 200 grams/ml of water until mix dissolves.
  2. Gradually add 200 grams of sugar while mixing on medium speed.
  3. Then slowly add another 200 grams of sugar while mixing on high speed.
  4. Fill your piping bag with batter and make your desired shapes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or silicone mat.
  5. Bake at a temperature of 100°C for 1 hours.

Tip: Use it to top your desserts without baking and use a torch to toast it.
