Virtual Gift Cards will contain a voucher code to be sent to you via email, once payment is made, which then can be used against a future purchase. Virtual Gift Cards do not require shipping (no shipping charges) unless they are being paid for via Cash on Delivery option, then a shipping charge will be applied and paid for upon payment (delivery surcharge).

Gift Cards are valid for 1 year from date of issuance.

Please secure the confidentiality of the Gift Card voucher code as it can only be fully redeemed once.

Gift Cards cannot be redeemed against cash. If the Gift Card value is not fully redeemed against a purchase, the remaining credit will be stored for future use and redeemed against a future purchase (within the original 1 year limit). The remaining credit cannot be redeemed against cash. To use the remaining credit against a future purchase, simply use the same voucher code again.  If a non-edible product is bought with a Gift Card and then returned, the product value will be returned to the customer in the form of credit to be used against a future purchase. It will not be returned in the form of cash.
