Made of PVC. Thickness approx. 120 to 150microns, designed to ease the unmolding of your mousses desserts & cakes or any cold pastry preparation. Not for oven use.
Can also be used to make chocolate decorations.
Place the film inside the ring and then remove the ring without heating up the sides of your cakes for quick and easy unmolding.
