The saucier decorating spoon has a spout for precision drawing. The taper shaped design and narrow scoop mouth prevents from pouring too much liquid accidentally and allows for easy spreading of sauce in whatever pattern you want.
Ideal for making decorations with dessert sauce, fruit sauce, coulis, caramel, chocolate, cream sauce, salad dressing, balsamic vinaigrette, hollandaise sauce, and gravy. Can also be used to spell messages with melted chocolates or sauce on cakes and desserts.
In a small container,take a small amount of sauce into the decoration spoon.Place the tip of the spoon upright in your plate ,then slide it across the porcelain. You can obtain solid and clearly separated lines. You can overlay coloured lines or combine straight and dotted lines.
