  • Gives excellent volume, texture and consistency. 

Ingredients for sponge cake recipe:

  • 500 grams mix, 300 grams or 6 eggs & 100 grams/ mL of water.

Ingredients for swiss roll recipe:

  • 500 grams mix, 300 grams or 6 eggs & 150 grams/ mL of water.

How to prepare:

  1. Mix all ingredients with a whisk or hand mixer on high speed for 6 to 8 mins.
  2. Bake for 45 - 55 minutes in a temperature of 170 to 180 °C for sponge cake. 
  3. Or bake for 10 - 15 minutes in a temperature of 220 °C for swiss roll.

Tip: Pair with our vanilla or chocolate filling.
