Red Velvet Cake Mix

How to prepare:

  1.  Mix the 500 grams of red velvet mix with 4 eggs, 150 grams (160 ml) of vegetable oil and 125 grams/ ml buttermilk (rayeb) with an electric mixer on low speed for 5 to 6 minutes.
  2. Fill your desired mold with batter 3/4 of the way. 
  3. Bake at a temperature of 180°C for 25 to 35 minutes (depends on the size of your mold)
