Make red velvet cake at home without a ton of ingredients!
Can be used for cupcakes or sponge cake.
Pair it with our cream cheese mix as a topping or filling
How to prepare:
Mix the 500 grams of red velvet mix with 4 eggs, 150 grams (160 ml) of vegetable oil and 125 grams/ ml buttermilk (rayeb) with an electric mixer on low speed for 5 to 6 minutes.
Fill your desired mold with batter 3/4 of the way.
Bake at a temperature of 180
°C for 25 to 35 minutes (depends on the size of your mold)
