How to prepare:
For a hardened texture that is good for scraping on cakes: Beat 500 grams of chocolate frosting mix with 50 grams/ml of cold water on medium speed for 2 to 3 minutes.
For a more liquid texture that can be piped or drizzled over cakes: Beat 500 grams of chocolate frosting mix with 100 grams/ml of cold water on medium speed for 2 to 3 minutes.
